Delete Your MotorIQ Account

You can request deletion of your MotorIQ account and its associated data at any time using the form below. This request is reviewed by our team — we don't delete anything automatically. After you submit a request, we may contact you at the email address you provide to confirm before proceeding.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, password)
• Your vehicles and all associated records — maintenance, repairs, fuel logs, expenses, documents, reminders, and VIN check history
• Your AI assistant conversation history
• Your chat messages with other MotorIQ users

What we may retain

We may retain limited billing/transaction records where required by law or for legitimate accounting purposes, and anonymized usage data that can no longer be linked back to you. Any data still held in encrypted backups is purged on our normal backup rotation schedule, which can take up to an additional 90 days after your account data is deleted.

Timeline

We aim to review and complete deletion requests within 30 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
